Bradford Village is an assisted living community located in Edmond Oklahoma. It is home to residents who can no longer live independently of care. The project parameters exist beyond redesign and explore a modernized approach to safe and accessible design. Facility environments have the ability to enhance the quality of life for both residents and staff. Holistic design, natural elements, the autonomy of choice, and accessibility are all important aspects of assisted living facility design. The implementation of these components is achieved through natural light integration, the use of natural colors and materials, technology, codes, and versatile, warm spaces for residents, visitors, and staff to enjoy.
